Difference between Corporate Finance and Financial Management ???

i see there is huge overlap in both 3 basic principles - investing,financing and dividend. Then in both we have capital strcuture,capital budgeting , dividend policy etc. So what is difference of any ?
 
Well Its quite obvious !
Financial Management is the management of finances and its generic term and used wherever funds/money has been managed by individuals, Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, Companies, MNC, Govt etc. Financial Mgmt books contain basic principles of Finance.
Corporate Finance specifically refers to Financial Mgmt of Corporations. Corporations are public Ltd, stock exchange listed companies. So in corporate finance topics like Equity, WACC, Capital Structure, dividend policy etc are discussed thoroughly.
 
Yes.. Have u forgot CFA level l TMV practice questions. If you want $ 1 million at your retirement so how much you should save per year and invest at what rate.. If you will have to pay college fee of your children in some time in future so how much you need to save and invest etc..
 
Financial managemt = management of finance(s)
Corporate finance = finance(s) of a corporation.
On a serious note, does it really matter? You can call a dog a pig and a pig a dog, and in the end it will be a dog of a pig. Who cares.
