Difference between F and Significance F on ANOVA

What is the difference between the two?
Specifically I’m referring to the CFAI mock 2012 qst 31 AM session. Not sure why the answer say that the F stat is insiginificance.

Signifiance F, I think, is the p-value of F, so if it is less than 5% or whatever, the F stat is significant.
