Difference between MSc in wealth management and MSc in investment and financial analysis?

i am stuck in dilemma wheither to take wealth management or financial analysys or finance and investment !!! i would like to know what are the differences between them !!! and which of this will be more relevant to me as i am planning to do CFA as well !!!!
