Different series of a stock

Hey guys,
Could you explain me all the reasons why different series of ordinary shares for one company can be traded at different prices ?
Does the nominal value of the stock play any role ? example: Volvo’s shares.

Are all of the rights (e.g., voting) the same?
If by nominal value you mean the par value, that should have nothing to do with it.

Yes indeed. By nominal value I mean par value. Voting rights are the same.
