Do you think candidate has to take a leave before the exam!!! what do you think about studying 2-4 hours a day in the last month, is is sufficient to pass!!

You do not need to take a leave from work to pass the exam.
Studying 2 - 4 hours a day in the last month should work well. I encourage you to take as many practice exams and mock exams as you can, and use your results on those to guide your studying during the last month.

Why are you using exclamation marks instead of question marks? Makes it seem like you’re yelling.
I have gone a different route where I’ve taken 3 weeks off prior to the exam. This is because I am also doing an accounting qualification and had exams in early November, hence had little time to study for the CFA before then and need as much time as I can get now.
