Does a higher percentage in L1 means a higher passing rate in L2?

For example, for individuals scored all sections > 70% in L1; do they have better chance to pass L2?

It seems level 2 is considerably harder than level 1 after reading the posts. Also is it a good idea to sell L1 books or keep it around for the reference for L2? Does L2 material cover all you need to know in order to pass? Thanks.

Level 2 builds upon level 1, so the better you know level 1 material, the easier level 2 should be. You will still have to bust your arse though.
