Does any other L2 candidate think it's kind of lame that L3 candidates and charterholders are trolling our forum?

I agree with you! This whole topic needs more attention. Thanks for the making the thread so every L2 candidate can be informed of such matter.
I also agree that we need to be able to write the L2 exam once a month! LOL.

sounds to me like someone is butthurt. do we need to bring up the wambulance again?
and for those that don’t know, OP is complaining about the fact that people who fail in bands 7-10 should deserve a special chance at the exam again because they were among the top that failed.
enough said.

If you’re letting others on the board get to you, enough to where you create a thread about it, you need thicker skin. At the end of the day, who cares what they say? Take the time and energy spent fighting for Level II being offered twice a year, put it towards studying for the exam and you won’t be in a position of having to worry.

Dude, I’m *not* complaining – you know my stance and continue to twist it. For others wandering on this thread, and In full disclosure, I think I passed the exam. I’m like 80% sure I did (obvs I may be wrong), I offered a way for those that failed near but finished near the top failing bands (I floated 7s and above) to retake a second time per year (like L1).
That way it balances the desires of current charterholders (like you) by keeping the process long for many takers but makes a potential faster way to the charter for 7s and above (like they have for L1). Full disclosure: I think L2 should be offered twice a year, and will think that regardless of whether I pass or not.
I’m not mad at all, but I did want to point out that as a chartermember you are not reflecting well on yourself nor the CFAI (in my opinion). It’s not just me, you and other charterholders were essentially attacking anybody that didn’t agree with you (and a few looking down on professions you obviously consider inferior to banking).
And, to be fair, it seems odd you are so active on the L2 forum now…many candidates could have used your knowledge while we were studying. If you want to be so active on the L2 boards, why not hang around and answer a question about pensions and/or derivatives for the next few months? I bet you’d feel better at the end of the day than you do taking pot-shots at candidates.

The post wasn’t to assuage my anger, and my skin is thick enough (read the thread I linked to), the reason I posted it was to draw attention to it. : )
