Why doesn't someone just set up a hotmail account, email the file to the account, then post the email address and password here - et voila.

LOL that is a good one. I'm going to use that one on my landlord when the rent is due. If he buys it, I'll send you the file for free.

I'd like to ask those who have received the file (be it from me or others) to help distributing to other people. If you only send it to three people below you, it would keep it going and wouldnt be too much of a hassle to any individual.

Anyway, I believe I have done my part and will leave this task to some other helpful AFer to spread it around.
