Does CFA teach us humility?

Indeed, although the post of some here let me believe the opposite is true…
 
Ha! That’s an astute question! People prepping for CFA exams are all cream of the crop – used to being at the top of every educational efforts of their lives. Then plop. The first failure. I think those who continue gain some humility – 80% quit and then don’t face the failure for 3+ years.
 
Don’t even have to fail to learn humility. Had to reel back the ‘I know that’ attitude if I wanted to pass to make sure I combed through all the gaps and gave it as much as I could have.
