Ear Plugs - Any recommendations

Just need to zone out of all the noises (coughing, sniffling, etc..)

the foam ones that compress and expand worked for me last time - I would stick with the blue ones.

I just get the cheap ones - a two pack. They work fine.
Definitley a necessity in Toronto. The test centre is down the street from the major airport.
