eBay for question banks

I am looking into different providers of question banks and would like other's experience with eBay. Are there any scams to avoid? Is there a risk of buying questions that are going to lock me out or expire? How current are used question banks? Should I be more concerned with the provider e.g. Stalla, Schweser, or should I go for a high number of questions?

I bought a pack of 5000 questions on ebay for �5. It came as a pdf with the questions in no particular order, some of them were many many years out of date, and the formatting made it actually quite difficult to read the questions and to see what answer corresponded to what question.

I binned it after a day.

If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
