Economics woes

Hi guys
I just completed the economic practice test and scored dismally. I just cant seem to grasp the theory (read the CFA book) or truthfully maybe I find it boring and hence cant grasp it . Bottom line is I need to undersand the theory and pick up the scores. With 2.5mnths to go (still have FI & Derivatives to go) I am getting worried. Any suggestions on how to conquer this beast.

Keep doing practice questions. I stuck to EOCs for the final exam and I believe it prepared me well for the exam.
Read and understand every answer. EVEN if you got the question right.

And know when to quit.
There will come a point when it’s more productive to turn your attention to other topic areas (where your studying will gain you more points on the exam) and leave Economics behind. Make sure you can identify that point.

Hi Guys
dwheats,
I did the EOC’s this weekend and grasp some sections that I previously failed to understand,hopefully some things stuck in.
S2000,
I have come to the point where I am going to move forward and maybe leave economics for a later revision. Hopefully my strong subjects will counter some of my economics shortcomings. Its not the ideal solution but it is the strategy i am going to work on currently

Agree with @S2000magician dont waste much time and try nail the other sections and come back to it, and keep on practicing!!!
