Elan guides eleventh hour

Anyone else use Elan guides? I’m extremely disappointed and think they stiffed me. Its already april and they haven’t even given me word back on where my eleventh hour guide is… 2 calls and emails later. No response.

I sent them a message a couple weeks ago and got a pretty fast response.
“We will be shipping Eleventh Hour Guide to all our customers by the end of this month. Meanwhile, you can access the available subjects online through your dashboard >> My Products (sub-menu).
Have a nice day!”
Have not received it yet though.
