What is the difference?
Equity Value = Firm Value - debt, (does it also mean Equity value = Assets - liabilities)??
and what is the Enterprise value?
When we are looking to sell something, are we interested in EV, or Equity value or Firm value?
Enterprise value is sum of market value of debt, common stock, preferred stock, plus minority interest, minus cash
