EOCs Time Consuming

I just finished the equity EOCs in the CFAI curriculum, and they took about three to four times longer than I thought they would. Did anyone else have a similar experience?

yup I think I spent 3-4 hours on FCFF/FCFE valuation EOCS alone. Its not very difficult just so time consuming. The worst part is that you’ll prob forget alot of it. That’s what happened to me in PM as I just took a Mock. The upside to this is that I’m sure the majority of candidates experience this.

I feel ya. The EOCs have eaten much, much more time than I anticipated. I still have a few readings, mainly smaller topics such as AI, PM and Quant, that i still need to work through! But going through the EOCs seems like its going to be worth it, since they cover almost eveything one needs to know. So keep on trudging! I’m definetly going through them in detail and think they’re def worth more than the Schweser practice book stuff.
