ER Compensation (Canada)

Hello,

I'm looking for some ballpark salary figures for a research associate position at a Canadian bank.

I'm guessing 75-85k base with some broad bonus expectation. Note that this is for someone with 2+ years of industry related experience.

Any clarity would be appreciated, thanks.

You're applying for the CIBC one, eh? Their analyst just left, so they're likely filling in the analyst first, then picking an associate.

75-85 base is a good range; bonuses are likely 15-20% this year, depends on the bank at that point (last year was 57%).
