While there’s no stipulation against it, I’ve never seen Ethics in the morning session, going back almost two decades.
I, for one, wouldn’t worry about it.
Agreed, there used to be a GIPS section or two that could sneak into the AM, but even that seems to have gone into the afternoon. Never Ethics, it’ll be the same format as you’re used to, with a nice addition of the asset manager code of conduct
Increased weightage for ethics in level 3 to 10-15% from 10% earlier would mean, it’s possible to see 3 item sets on ethics in the afternoon section as against 2 item sets now .
although we cannot rule out the fact that ethics can be tested in the morning session of the exam , but it’s extremely unlikely for that to happen.
