Ethics, GIPS and Corporate Governance?

Within this area, How would you rate what is most important?

I've been studying the Ethics portion more than any of the other two areas within this Chapter. I notice that Schweser doesn't focus much on GIPS, and even though there is more content for Corporate Governance it doesnt' state that its a big part of the exam.

Can someone shed some light on these topics? Thanks,

I would Guess Ethics=GIPS>Corp Gov Maybe a slight edge to GIPS as it is newer compared to Ethics, obviouly Corp Gov was brand new for 2006.

I find that the Schweser notes don't focus much on GIPS, is there any supplemental material I can get from the CFAI on GIPS?

Majority of questions were Ethics, but know GIPS & Corporate Governance as well. They like to test you on these materials.
 
There were about 4 questions on corp gov. Pretty straightforward if you understand the material.
 
thanks CFAHouston and bigwilly.. This gives me an understanding of what to emphasize on in the first chaper. I know the Ethics inside out, so I think I'm safe.. The corporate governance seems pretty straight forward, but its very detailed.
