My impression is that it’s not exactly the same; in Level II a few additional readings have been added as well. The questions will also be of “item set” type (=more difficult).
For 2011, there was some pretty important stuff after the Code and Standads (soft dollars, prudent investor rule and one other section). The exam is also more nuanced and drills deeper.
