Ethics on real exam

To those who know,
The difficulty of ethics on the real examination, is it consistent with EOC questions or is it on a totally different level with tricks and landmines ?

I believe Ethics questions are more difficult at level 3. They are more confusing….

I’ve been getting destroyed by ethics on all the mocks I’ve taken. The questions seem more ambiguous and tricky than levels 1 and 2. Or I’m just an unethical person. One or the other.
