Ethics schweser vs Original Text

Schweser is 120 pages and original curriculum is like 250. Which did you do? Did you take any notes during this section or just concentrate on reading? This is my last section I need to read trying to knock it out.

Haven’t read Schweser, but I’d do the abridged version of reading 2, and the CFAI text for ROS. The topic tests are asking very detailed questions on ROS, and I think eventually I’m going to have to go over the precise CFAI text like 10 times – may as well start highlighting that now.
The insanely-long Reading 2 describes every possible permutation of how they could asked questions on the code and standards. I remembered most of it from L1. Even the first 40 or so of the EOC’s must have been identical to L1. I just broke out some revision notes from L1 for that, and hit the 60-odd EOC PP.

The EOC for the first chapter are Easy. The ROS will need a few read throughs direct from the text if the topic Tests are reflective of what’s on the exam..

I’d say go for Schweser for the theory, and then practise with as many questions as you can find.
