CFA book Page 38, example 7
it says X was given tickets to world cup, 2 nights at a resort, several meals and transportation…and X fails to disclose receiving this package from the client.
This is clearly a breach of Standard I(B) given the size of the gift AND failure to disclose.
Now if X disclosed the gift, would it still be considered a breach ?

This is clarified in the next example ( example 8 ). So when disclosed it is not considered a breach
