try to distinguish between words "must", "should", "enocurage", "request"...e.g.: I've never know that CFA Institute DOES NOT request, but ENCOURAGES its members and candidates to report to the Institute and governmental authorities about violations by other members and candidates. I thought it is a MUST to report the situation to CFA Institute, but you see "not exactly"...so there are a lot of such little blurred cases, pitfalls, we should know about.
