Sup guys
everyone talks about all the studying that goes into this but I also believe keeping an extremely clean diet prior to the exam helps. Here’s what I did:
breakfast- oatmeal, blue berries protein shake, banana
lunch: fish brown rice
snack protein shake
dinner grilled chicken veggies, etc.
also on exam day I did heavy squats, prowler sled, bench and burpees at 6am. I’m. Health nut so that kept me energized all day. I saw some if my peers eating greasy cheeseburgers and figured they’d crash in pm session. after the pm session I could have probably done another 3 hour session I was so alert. Being in shape matters. Don’t give up your health for a few extra hours of studying.
Try a tabata if you have no equipment:
burpees
miuntain climbers
squat jumps
pushups
should only take 4 minutes. Good luck all level 1’ers. I have no background in finance, I just will work harder than someone who does. You can do it.
