Expired passport

My passport is expired and the CFA Institute site will not let me proceed with registration.
Is it possible to “mistype” my passport expiration date and fix it late. Has anyone sucessfully done this before?

There’s a way around it. Skip filling out the passport information. Fill out the rest of the exam registration information. Go to the last step where you pick your test center. When you click continue, a box will come up saying your password is expired. Ignore it by clicking ok and click continue again. You’ll be able to pay.
Hope this helps everyone else encountering the issue. Just be sure to get a new valid passport before the exam.

Once you get a valid passport, just file the Update Information form with CFA and give them a scan of your new passport. I had to do that because I registered with a passport that was going to expire before the exam and I got a new one.
