Everyone who has a google drive containing any CFA exam related material is currently getting banged up in some Cuban jail somewhere. That’s all the update you wanna know.firefirehelphelp wrote:
Updates please?
On the CFAI website there’s a list of people who have violated the code of conduct. I think they’ll show up there some time next year.firefirehelphelp wrote:

My understanding is that four individuals were reported to CFA Institute for distributing CFA Institute materials (not any private prep provider’s materials): two were Level III candidates, one works for BHP in Texas (and will be reported to his employer).
Mark is now working with other prep providers to create links to (fake) pirated material that will report the IP addresses of candidates who try to download the material.
The overall response has been quite positive: many people have contacted Mark to ask how they can help stop the unethical behavior. When the CFA community is policing itself, that’s a good thing.
