I was surprised to see atleast 2 questions on the test that I had seen before. In one case I even knew the answer before even solving it.

I am not sure where I saw them weather in Mock test or schweser exams. Anyone else had that experience?

Second thing was about rules of short selling which had one of the choices of uptick/downtick according to the old rule. What did you all do on that?

I dont remember the actual question but I do remember that the choice related to downtick was not supposed to the right answer.

I felt the same for some 3-4 questions/240.. especially one ethics question on social activist.. i have read tat before.. also some questions from mocks were repeated with same concept but different question.. example the types of probability subjective, empirical etc question.. also some 4-5 other questions too.

It would be a violation of ethics to discuss the questions though.

the short selling answer was the short seller must pay dividends to the person lending the stock..

Yeah I agree with Tony. That was easy for me as I have shorted stocks in real life too.

The problem with the questions that i have seen before is that they were the EASY ones! GRRRR.

The asset allocation one was straight from the mocks.... I was like, out of 240 questions this is the freebie! WTH! I feel maybe 10 questions indirectly or directly came from the mocks. I guess I can't complain...
