Worst fail. Ever. Godamn.
Granted I only started studying 1.5 months before exams but it’s all thanks to Schweser QBank. I was scoring 60-70 but was warned that they’re not good for prep. Only found out days before the exam. I also didn’t go through the core text…again relying just on Schweser text. Weird cos I found the exam tough but fair.

Anyhoo just wanted to share in case any geniuses out there attempt to replicate my awesome fail-proof strategy.
I’ve already ordered my books …I’ll be all over this b*tch like a tropical rash next time.
Any other Band 1/2/3s?

You probably just a needed a little more time practicing the actual test. I dont think reading the text matters that much at level 3. I really dont.
I think that anyone who fails probably just didn’t do enough practice exams going question by question. They ask the same thing every year. Look how many times in they’ve had us calculate the fricking taylor rule in the morning session since 2010. And of course, what happened this year?
If you’d already done this type of problem a dozen times, doing it on exam day was pretty easy.

Thanks for that. I put a lot of hours into studying (was studying full time for 3 weeks) and I think it’s clear I didnt study ‘smart’. I only did 2 mocks.
