FCFE from EBITDA

Do I have this FCFE calc correct? Specifically, should I be taking out the interest. I am just confusing myself here.
FCFE (from EBITDA)
= (EBITDA-NCC)(1-t) + NCC - Int(1-t) - FCInv - WCInv + Net Borrow

I think that’s correct. You have removed the interest component and added net borrowing
