Feels good to be here

I started Level 1 around mid October last year. Feels unreal that I would be in Level 3 in less than one year. Didn’t use this forum much (too busy grinding the books+notes). Intend to spend plenty of time here from now on.
 
Welcome and congratulations on passing Level II. It is a great achievement, but now you have a lot of work to do for Level III. Time managment is a key.

That’s not true by the way. I bombed Ethics too, but it’s got the same weighting in LIII. There is also Equity, Alternatives, Fixed Income…

Finally! The reason I embarked on this crazy CFA journey - to become better at portfolio/wealth management. I eagerly signed up for Level 3 this morning and downloaded the books. But, hey! What is this? Bayes Formula in the very first example of Book 2. (Skipping ethics until next year.) There’s no getting away from quant … Happy studying everyone!
 
I will say it is funny to see the AF users who were on Level 2 forum extensively on Level 3 now. :)
