Finance (Capital) Lease vs. Operating Lease

finance lease: interest expense (operating cash outflow), and principal (finance cash outflow).
operating lease: the enetire lease payment is operating cash outflow
why in the Kaplan book, does the chart say CFO will be higher under a finance lease?
