FRA and Equity from CFAI Text

I called Schweser to purchase a Level II study package, but they told me it will not be available until October. I want to do everything I can to pass the test on the first shot. So, my question is: should I read FRA and Equity (most heavily weighted topics) from CFAI text just to get a head start, then read all Schweser books, including FRA and Equity again?

I say this over and over on this forum…but CFAI are the one’s making the test. No matter what anyone says, their material is the best. So…of course you should read the FRA and Equity from CFAI if you want to pass. Schweser is Cliffs Notes. It’s fine if you don’t have time to read the full version, but you’ve got an entire year. Read CFAI word for word for goodness sake!
