Full Economic Balance Sheet - Relevant?

I’ve come across a few questions on “Full Economic Balance Sheet” in the past AM papers (e.g., 2013 Q7C, D and 2009 Q4). I haven’t seen anything in the 2014 Curriculum, or did I miss anything? If so, could someone please point me to the study session?

check the answer and the LOS.
I believe this has to do with the Merton Reading from 2013 and before on Pension WACC related - that is not there anymore.
