GIPS: "Accrue investment management fees" means?

It means if you charge inv mgmt fees quarterly, you should accrue them monthly. So if you charge 12k for the year (3k quarterly) you should accrue 1k for each month or approx $33 dollars each day if you calculate a daily return period.
