Got an Investigation letter, Plz, need help~!!!!!

So let me see if I understand this correctly.
You didn’t adequately prepare for the exam, because you didn’t bring enough pencils/sharpeners. So you saw a pencil on the floor of the venue, and decided to pick it up. You placed it on your desk, but didn’t use it. You didn’t notice that there were formulas written on it, but a proctor did. And your best defense is, “Well that pencil was a 2B, so I know it wasn’t mine, because I use only HB.”
You really should consider this a blessing in disguise. You should hope that CFAI suspends you from the program indefinitely. This will save you a lot of time and money, because you obviously do not have what it takes (whatever “it” is) to pass Levels 2 and 3.

How big is your pencil? I would think the size is important. The bigger your pencil, the more likely it is that you will find success, so claims somebody on this board. For your sake, I hope you have a very large pencil and use the hardest variety. Is HB harder than 2B?

i put a lot of effort on the exam, i dont want to give up because of that. so that s why im trying to find more evidences for defending myself. i know its hard, but im still trying…

my suggestion would be to try to become a more honest person.

this was a bad move either way by the OP. you gotta be insanely stupid to pick up a random pencil (including case it seems) or cheat and then weasel your way out in the most adventorous manner.
If you indeed put a lot of effort in your studies and fell victim to a unlucky chain of events I truly feel sorry for you, but I have a hard time believing it. Considering I am rather forgiving in such matters compared to the guys at the CFAI, I assume you are pretty much screwed.

The procter was able to see the content of the pencil from 200 feet away yet you didn’t notice anything on the pencil you picked up? The most probable scenario is that it’s your pencil and you wrote everything on it.
