Gross vs Net fees - Required ?

Do we need to report both Net/Gross fees as requirment?
Or there are some recommendations and one is compulsory?

it has to be either/or but clearly identified as gross-or net-of-fees.

1. normal gips > either/or
2. RE & PE > both are required
