GROWTH ACCOUNTING RELATIONS

Can someone please explain the 3 growth accounting relations and how they interact including the Cobb-Douglas formula as I am having trouble understanding the concept and finer detail?
I have watched the videos, and read the various sections of the books but it just doesn’t stick yet.
 
Can you be more specific? Your query is like asking “I don’t understand equity, can somebody clarify?”
 
Apologies.
In LOS 14.e it mentions 3 different growth equations but can anyone explain their meaning, how they are linked and the pertinent points as I can’t quite it to click.
