Hardest Section

I couldn't believe Corporate Finance. I know i aced it, but I was not expecting the kind of questions on corporate finance they threw at us. It caught me off guard, i'm just lucky I reviewed everything pretty well.

So what are your top 3 hardest sections? Mine:

1) Corporate Finance
2) Fixed Income
3) FRA
 
fra for me. fixed income was a joke it was so easy. so was derivatives.
 
I don't think corp finance was that hard...derivatives and alternatives were way too easy, those are the ones i was supposed to do poorly on...

Hardest:

1) Fixed Income (was good at this on practice exams, but questions were diff
2) FRA
3) Econ..?
 
Yes I guess it just depends on the individual. Econ, ethics in particular were a joke for me.....I think it took me 14 minutes or something to get to mid quant section both times. I revised a couple times because I was afraid I was plowing through it to quick.
 
Ethics is sooo much easier than in schweser (avg. like 60-70 on 3 schweser mocks)....probably got 80+ on actual exam. Hopefully that will put me over the top because my score is likely on the borderline.
 
Fixed Income was a bear, def the hardest

I thought corporate finance, and equity valuations were jokes though, much easier than I thought they'd be.

Probably

1. FI
2. Econ
3. FRA
 
I also thought that PM econ was challenging. A lot of left-field questions in the PM section, I thought.
 
I thought FI tripped me. But overall both sections were much better than mocks, at least compared to PM

1) FI
2) Corp Fin.
3) Econ (PM)
 
Its been 26 hours since I finished the exam but now I remember so many questions involving cash conversion cycle, days inventory etc. About 4 in FRA PM and 2 in corp fin PM. What a waste of space considering beta of asset/project would be quite important.
 
PM Econ was by far my hardest section but it's my own fault - econ was my least studied area (just too boring for me). Also the first few AM ethics questions I found to be really tough. I even read the entire ethics section from CFAi materials the day prior to the exam and still found quite a few of the questions to be somewhat dicey.

Hardest section by far to me.
 
pm econ was the toughest for me.. i had a lot of "go back and review" stars
 
same here, econ both am and pm.
I hate econ!!!
 
The PM econ section was easier for me than AM... though our exams could have been reversed... AM was pretty rough
