Both are challenging. FSA requires more memorization of niggling details in my opinion. But the main thing is that a much larger portion of the exam is dedicated to FSA. If you do poorly in derivatives, you can make up for it elsewhere. If you do poorly in FSA, it's a lot harder.
ethics is easy, anyone with decent reading comphrension should pass that...id have to say quant is going to be the hardest for me, but onl;y because i find the course material so boring to study.
