Has anyone received Elan/Wiley hardcopy text?

So I go against my better judgement and purchase Elan again but this time for level two. Last year I had no issues with their customer service and for the the most part everything arrived on time. However, I knew that others did have problems last year.
After I purchased the self study package I realized they didn’t give me an option betwen e-book/hardcopy/both. So I went back to double check, and it turns out they are not sending it “yet”. It specifically say’s that material will start shipping out in the fall.
Just wanted to double check with others on this. I refuse to mess around with e-book software on a 12” monitor after I have already been staring at a computer screen for 12+ hours.

Apologies for the confusion. The hard copies of the Level 2 Study Guide will indeed be published soon – by 20 January at the latest. We will update the site with the exact date as soon as possible.
 
This is the exact reason I went with Schweser, I received my text books two months ago (For Lv. 1). I understand that you have a digital copy made available, but reading for long periods on a computer sucks.

Since I am not getting a response from customer service by e-mail.
I was told that the self-study package does that I purchased only includes the e-book and not the hard copy. Can you please confirm this? So basically you want me to pay $165 extra for a hard copy text that should have been included in the first place.
If the self-study package does include and option for a hard copy when it does come out, then you are just ripping me off. If it doesn’t, well thats just a shame given that every other prep provider that I know of gives you this option. Also, stating on your website that that hardcopies will be shipped out in the fall and then asking for a shipping address is kind of misleading.
All I am looking for is a response at this point. I really don’t want to have to go out and purchase Schweser notes if I don’t have to.
 
You are right – the self-study package does not include a hard copy. However, if you’ve bought the ebook study text, you can get the hard copy for 80% (which would be $45) for a limited time,
