Where can I find/download historic LIBOR rates?

Try this page of the Fed of St. Louis:

Here you can download historical LIBOR rates for different borrowing periods and different currencys.
In general, for such a kind of actual and historical information (inflation rates, exchange rates, etc.) the statistical services of central banks are always a good and free of charge soure.
