Yes, CFAI accidentally made the L3 results available last year when L1/2 results were published. They were available for about an hour. 100 or so candidates were able to see their results early. CFAI even posted on this forum apologizing for the slip up.calvol wrote:

FRM often releases scores early, but intentionally….
