How did your company support you taking the CFA?

Paid for registration? Yes
Paid for registration when passing? Nope. Paid for it before hand. No questions asked. Also paid for the course and books.
Extra time off for studying? Yes. A whole week off. plus they cut me some slack the last few weeks.
Bonus for passing? Nope. Hopefully promotion sooner rather than later.

Actuarial analysts still taking exams get about 240 hours per year (30 business days) off of work.
