How do you guys study for Level II while keep your life on track?

I am asking is because while studying level I, especially the last 40 days, I stopped exercising, start losing a lot of hair, having break outs and eat horrible and life was a uncontrolled miserable hell. I said I will never take level II even if I pass, oh well… I know level II will be a lot harder and I am still waiting for level one result, but I have started worrying.
Any advise you guys have to tell yourself to still have at least a little bit life and not break down during exam preparation?
 
Start early and do not stop exercising in the last 30 days. Last but not least, I do not worry as worrying doesnt help me.
Life anyway is not the same, we have to be unsocial during the last 2 months.
Take it easy, keep working hard right from now to avoid burnout during the final days
