How far back should you go back for morning exams

I am wondering how far to go back for CFAI exam.
I have gone thru the material and the Schweser videos. A successful take of Level 3 last year who I work with, told me to just google level 3 exam (found this great site called justlevel3) and hammer out as many exams as possible (he went back as far as 2005).
However I took the 2000 exam this morning. More essay like, than constructive response answers on the answer book.

The Level III curriculum hasn’t changed that much and the old exams are still very good.
The individual and institutional IPS questions from old exams are good practice for sure. You can use the stuff from ten years ago and it’ll be very helpful. Some of the practice questions in the L3 2015 CFAI books were from exams from over ten years ago.
