I know you’ve heard this question a million times with I and II, but I like to get a good idea what people are aiming for. From when you start till June 6th, roughly, how many hours do you plan on studying?
Happy Thanksgiving! …to U.S. people only I guess…

I just started yesterday. I was hoping to put in the same time I did for L2 (400-500 hrs starting Feb 1st), but I am starting a new job on Dec 1st, and I think it is going to severely limit the time I can allocate to studying.
If I finish at least 2 books by the end of December and I will start feeling pretty good.

All L3 candidates are proven
go above and beyond for L3
you are competing against the best of the best

Overstudy. You won’t regret it next spring.
Definitely. If you have to track hours for sanity’s sake, do it (I happen to), but DON’T let it be your driving focus. Focus on what matters - understanding the topics in the curriculum to the point you can pretty much recite/explain in your sleep. Best of luck this spring!

You have to get to the point where you know in which book and around on what page a certain topic is on.
