You need to be over 23 years of age and have an IQ of 95+ for magician to appear.

Just apply to local society and apply to CFAI. Remember though that you do not need to be a member of the local society. (CFAI is sneaky about this).

If the CFA website shows CFA after your name, congrats you are good to go.
otherwise,
If you already have work experience approved and you just passed L3 but you haven’t got the final ok, you have to formally wait until you get a final confirmation from CFAI (email, or website, or mail)
