I dont know what would be my reaction if I see a ” Fail “… For me if I dont pass now, may be I cant pass atall.. no energy left to study any further…It makes me restless and pained when I think of all the silly mistakes I made… I had practised those sums day-in day- out… and still u lose full marks in those sums…may be I ruined it by my own hands…

to be frank i am prepared(offcourse it is not a great feeling)… i have been thinking about it the day we had the exam… if i fail i deserved it(too bad:( )
will see if i have left in me enough to take another shot. will see

Of course if we pass, it will feel like an Olympic gold medal! Worth 10 1/2 weeks of agony.

Yesterday, in a fit of confidence, I rewrote my resume with CFA after my name, just to see what it looked like. I must say it looked really nice like that.
Now I hope I haven’t jinxed things. I really don’t want to have to wait a year to do it, even if it ends up being just the “charter pending” version.

I’ve posted this in other similar posts. The 2009 L3 curriculum has ahrdly any changes from the 2008. they basically dropped 1 los and added another. the rest of the material is the same, but just moved around in different order.
So this should be of great help to those that fail this year. I can use my same notes/ highlights etc from last year, plus i would only have to review the stuff i felt i was strong on.
Also, everything that WASNT on the 2008 exam, I was strong on (because it felt that they tested everything else that i was weak on), so i think we’re in good shape

Amen to that. I went into the test thinking, “No swaps and currency stuff” —> owned. I did okay on those topics, but I would have done better on bonds and butterfly spreads.

Ugh.. I’m getting jitters remembering this exam. So many things I didn’t know enough to do in the time available, and so many tricky little traps set on the things I thought I did know.
For two months I’ve managed to forget stuff… boy that was nice.

100% with you, I also “violated” the ethic code for about 2 seconds.
