I see this every year and it annoys me. Copying and pasting your marks straight from your inbox looks fugly.
Pls:

• copy & paste results into Notepad, then
• copy & paste results out of Notepad into post.

Takes 10 seconds. There’s probably a better way but it’s the one I know.
Results look pretty like this:
