However, i am looking to puchase the last year’s package from someone at discounted price.

everything is running on flash. videos are not downloadable too.
I don’t think there’s a way to purchase those materials except through Wiley.
Perhaps you might get lucky with getting notes from your friends who studied previously but other than that i don’t think there’s any way you can get the rest of the materials.
i might be wrong :)
anyhows, i recently signed up for it and i think it’s great. you might want to reconsider buying it from Wiley directly.
